vitamin B6 Scientific

Any of several water-soluble pyridine derivatives, especially pyridoxine, that are coenzymes in amino acid synthesis and are important in protein and fat metabolism and in healthy nerve function. Vitamin B ₆ is found in liver, whole-grain foods, fish, yeast, and many vegetables.
